Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel within 30 days.

The revocation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us by email: info@ibells.be by means of a clear statement (email) about your decision to withdraw from this contractor. You can use the attached model withdrawal form. You can electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, excluding delivery costs and repay immediately at the latest within 14 days from the receiving of the goods. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will be charged fees for such repayment.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value is due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.

There are currently for consumers from Switzerland no statutory right of withdrawal at a distance.
